Wrong
Part: If we ship you the wrong part, you
can return the wrong part and we will replace it with
the correct part. Sometimes the part numbers
are not correct for the application.
No Returns On Electrical Parts: Due to the
nature of the parts business, we refuse returns on
any electrical parts. We suggest that you purchase
our starters and alternators in name brands, and buy
them new. For example, if you decide to buy
a bosch alternator or starter , and we do not show
it new. You can purchase it from us rebuilt.
However, at that point it is immediately out of warranty.
If the alternator fails you can attempt to get warranty
through Bosch.
No Returns On Brake Parts: We refuse
to warranty or accept returns on brake parts.
Unless the wrong part is shipped, we will replace
it with the correct part.
No Returns On Clutch Parts: No returns on clutch
parts unless the wrong part is shipped, we will replace
it with the correct part.
Wrong Quantity: If we ship you the wrong
quantity, you must fill out a return request form
and E Mail us, If the wrong quantity was our
mistake we will refund your money. If the wrong
quantity was you mistake, we will charge you a restock
fee.
Part Failures: Some parts fail. Most
of our parts are covered for one year or 12,000 miles
from the date of purchase. If the part fails
you must use documentation to prove the failure and
send it to us within fifteen days of the failure.
The part must have been installed properly and not
abused.
Change Your Mind: If you simply decide
you don't want the part. You must send the part back
to us in its original packing (UNOPENED). We
will refund you money minus the Shipping, Handling,
and Restock fees.
